What we did

Our team diligently assessed the existing governance framework and worked closely with Deutsche Bank’s senior stakeholders through focus group discussions to identify tailored solutions aligned with the bank’s target objectives. We prioritised remediation activities to bridge governance and PMO maturity gaps within the agreed time and cost constraints.

Our team developed a SMART-based governance target operating model, ensuring it was specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. We successfully garnered support and buy-in from senior stakeholders on our recommended options, subsequently delivering added value through enhanced PMO services.
