Our team delivered a dynamic global operating model blueprint for bravoauto’s expansion plans across 10 countries, 3 continents, and 30 sites, targeting £20M+ gross profit and 16k+ units in Year 1. This blueprint served as the foundation for the strategic technology roadmap.
We provided guidance to the C-suite and senior leadership on operations, talent placement, and requirements to enable strategic initiatives. A lightweight yet effective governance model was implemented to promote transparency, control, and alignment between business, technology, and leadership across all regions.
We co-led the 2023 Strategic Planning conference, collaborating with the Head of Strategic Growth and Head of Operations to involve 30+ senior management stakeholders, including global CEOs, in agreeing on practical steps to achieve a strategic goal of increasing the average Gross Profit Margin from 10% to 13% worldwide.
Our team also advised on the positioning and responsibilities of top-level management roles, such as Global Operations Director, Head of Operations, and Used Car Head of Technology.
