Our engagement model is practical and straightforward. At Piovis, ‘working together’ is the essence of our entire business – we believe that clarity, transparency and open communication are the foundation of all successful relationships.

Understand

We’ll seek to understand your business, aspirations, trials and tribulations at this stage. It’s the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and for you to ask us questions to ensure that you know that we are an ideal fit for your business.

We’ll conduct a high-level feasibility study and only commit if we know that we can deliver your goals. If our study doesn’t give us sufficient confidence that we need to achieve your goals, we will respectfully decline the work and provide you with some recommendations to help you find a better path.

We’ll agree on clear success criteria, measurable goals, and expectations. These serve as the basis of the project roadmap and the key performance indicators (KPIs) that we will create and track progress together.
